The library and workspaces

The dashboard sidebar, what each item holds, and what workspaces are for.

Signing in drops you into My demos. The left sidebar splits the dashboard in two groups, and the split is not by file type, it is by destination.

  • On the public link: My demos and My videos, which is what your customer sees.
  • Manage: media library, Brand Kit, Trash, Insights and Settings.

The search box filters by title, and the selector beside it switches between grid and list and sorts by last edit, creation date or alphabetically.

Workspaces

A workspace is a separate work area with its own demo list, its own media library, its own Brand Kit and its own public portal. Use it to separate products, customers or languages inside one account.

The switcher sits at the top of the sidebar. The plan covers the whole account: every workspace shares the same storage quota.
