Public portal, videos and media

The portal is the workspace public page: a showcase with the demos and videos you marked to appear. It works as a demo center you can send as a single link, instead of five different addresses.

Turning it on

In workspace settings, on the Public portal tab, you turn the page on, write a title and description, upload the logo and choose the address. Each demo joins the portal through the Show on public link button, in the library or in the share window.

Videos on the public link

Under My videos you build the video list that shows on the portal, with a title and description per video and the order you set by moving each item up or down. Videos come from the media library, whether uploaded by you or captured by the extension.

Media library

The library holds the workspace images and videos. You can search by name, filter by type, rename, move between workspaces, add to the portal and delete. It is where Image and Video steps pull their file from.

Privacy and branding

• Default visibility: what new content inherits when created in that workspace, public or private.
• Track visitors: turns on the counting that feeds Insights.
• Remove Fouvia branding: drops the "Made with Fouvia" footer from the page.
